Figee Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy explains how the provider of Figee handles information used by the app's local thought-capture and evening-planning features.

Information Stored on Your Device

Figee stores the thoughts you enter, sorting choices, tomorrow priorities, closing recaps, consent choice, and local entry state on your device. These records support the app's local capture, sorting, recap, and settings features.

Use and Disclosure

The app uses those records only to provide its local functions. It does not use advertising, analytics, attribution, or cross-app tracking tools for them, and it does not send your thought records to a provider-operated server or disclose them to third parties.

Legal Links and Platform Services

When you open a legal link, your device may connect to the site hosting that document. That connection is subject to the relevant platform, network, and hosting provider practices. Apple and your device may also process limited technical information under their own terms when you download or operate the app.

Retention and Your Choices

Your local records remain on your device until you remove them. The app's local deletion control removes thoughts, sorting choices, consent, and local entry state from that device. Device backups and device-level retention are controlled by your device settings and platform provider.

Security

We limit the app's handling of your entries to local storage. No electronic storage method is completely secure, so protect your device and avoid entering information that requires specialized protection.

Children

Figee is not directed to children. Do not enter personal information for a child unless you are authorized to do so.

Changes and Contact

We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. For privacy questions, contact message@figee.app.
